How much Higher can you go

          Wow a reason to change my life
Close call High Blood Pressure!  Yes sir re the Doc told me that I had high blood pressure and I stood there in disbelieve; not just for an hour but for months.    So how long should it take till you take something like that seriously?  (Come on stupid right then) it seems that I still have this I am invincible boyish attitude about life and it has come to a halt.
            So now that you know, what do you do? Get on the ball start to live better or you may not be as lucky as millions of us Americans who fall down in the street with high blood pressure and barely escape death; I pray for those who were not that lucky, I hope they had all their affairs in order it was their last chance.     Life is indeed short but seeing that no one has come back from the dead (and I say that knowingly, there are no nail marks in the palms of their hands and no piercing in the side, no one has made it back no matter what you want to believe) keep on living your life the way you want to but I would sagest do something unselfish and start living right.
            So I thought of you and I am going to do the work for you things to do to keep you on the ball, for those who the call has already been made here is something for your high blood pressure; get this I love you out there and that is also one of the things that will help love on people and try to forgive people just do it man it will help you. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR DOSAGES AND RECIPES

Revised 10/01/2008:
As you know, Earth Clinic has recommended the standard 2 teaspoons in 8 oz of water 3x a day for years now. For more severe conditions, we recommended 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in 8 oz of water 3x a day. We now think that less vinegar, more water is an optimal way of taking apple cider vinegar daily unless you are treating an acute condition like acid reflux, cough, bronchitis, or sore throat (in which case the stronger concoction of 2 TBS ACV to 8 OZ of water 3x a day recipe is suggested).

For daily maintenance, weight loss and pH balancing, we now suggest the following:

2 teaspoons of organic apple cider vinegar
16 ounces of water
Sip, don't chug!

We suggest 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in 16 ounces of water that you'll sip throughout the day, rather than drinking the whole concoction at once 3 times a day. You will be keeping your pH in a constant, alkalized state by sipping this highly diluted dosage. Usually 1-2 tall glasses of the concoction are all you'll need each day.

If you drink a lot of water throughout the day, consider adding just a splash of apple cider vinegar to your glass/container each time you fill it up, rather than drinking the one, 16 oz glass of acv and water mentioned above.

For the record, we are not big fans of adding baking soda to apple cider vinegar, nor are we fans of adding any kind of sweetener to the acv/water solution. The baking soda works great for some people, but causes severe side effects in others.
Also, we know the Bragg brand is the most popular apple cider vinegar on the market, but we've had just as good results using Whole Foods' organic and Trader Joe's organic apple cider vinegar.

02/17/2009: Stacie from Apple Valley, CA replies: "I saw that Trader Joe's brand was recommended on this site, however their ACV is NOT raw, it's pasteurized, which kills the beneficial enzymes..."
             As always I give you some of my thoughts in the form of a poem and this is it I do hope that you like it.

The final Curtain

There is a moment in time,
When we all face the final curtain.
Where do we go from here?
Are you even certain?

The question had toyed my mind,
This left me totally blind.
The times I went without direction,
Makes me see I need to make a real decision.

My heart it needs to be plowed,
To remove the disease and the infection;
But how could I have known this,
With out those with deep conviction.

I am thankful now,
For the unction of the spirit;
That got some one’s juices flowing,
 Look at me now I am just growing.

Now this is one thing of which I am certain;
I will be ready before the final Curtain.
