True Justice or a political agenda?

A noble death?

To look out above the horizon and see nothing and feel nothing and do nothing is to look at the Mr. Troy Davis situation and separate your feelings from yourself and go numb.                    I am afraid that this is not the case; the people in this country did not go numb nor were they absent.       We have some wrong to right from this day forth; we are not the usual type of people to just go off gentle into the night. Americans can be all sorts of evil and make all sorts of mistakes; but they can hold their hearts up out of their chest and show the world that they have one.       In the case of Mr. Troy Davis I can assure you that this is not the end of Mr. Davis, this is only the beginning of a long road of trying to make changes to our still imperfect Legal system.           Americans will band together because they love to have something to fight for together, and they will band to fight for a common cause. It may seem that this will blow over but there are people who will not let this go it is just the American way.     Having served I have seen the whites of people’s eyes when we served side by side and I can assure you that this is one of those times; so as I sit here to write this piece I only think of the un-expecting politician who have clog up our legal system with certain practices for their own agenda, will now have a big surprise on their hands.           If they think that it will be business as usual they have another thing coming, and if they think that another term is in the bucket for them well let us tip our hats and say goodbye to they now.          We are not going to stand for injustice and have the potential for another Troy Davis accruing on American soil, we need not let this thing happen but by no means will we have the real guilty men go free.  It is time to have a march and stand up for the rights of good Americans who deserve to have good representatives and strip the injustice out in the streets and while you hold your heart up trample injustice.
            It is not time to drew the line in the sand and make good by Troy Davis a man who with all the facts coming out may very well be a innocent Lamb who was slaughtered to serve one man’s agenda.  So if I may have said something that has got us up out of your chair then I have done my job, now that you are up do something; anything that you think you can or better yet find out what you can do to help revamp this corrupt system before maybe you be put on the fast track of improper justice or even death. But I do warn that when you take on to this fight, that you think well and hard and hold firm to that pendlem and make sure that it does not swing to far to the right or to far the left and because we can cause another kind of affect which you did not desire.

One time in life someone comes along;

          There are times in a person’s life that someone comes and moves them, so much that they take notice!  The movement is such a significant move that when they look it was almost like a miracle that they even moved at all, well that happened to me.  Little did I know that I could have that happened in my life ever again, I had crossed that off from ever happening ever in my life; so what happened? I was inspired.    This man of talent had to be inspired? And to what means or to which direction was I now pointed? (Let’s hope it was not backwards to where I had come! Or off keel to a destination that was unknown!)  Well I can say that it was further into that soul of mankind, seeking for that character of man that breaths true light, the kind of man that all men should be and God intended for man to become over time.
But this quest! Is it one that should even be a task to take on? Is it an imposable dream? Or one that only is a fragmented lie or just a wishful thought?            I can only tell you that I am willing to find out because if there can be such a man who is pure and Good and wholesome and descent and Godly, then I want to bring him out from inside of me.   I can feel that man, I can see the outlines of that man in other men, and I do hope the kind of men we have today is not all that there is to this race or will be to mankind. There has got to be more for the sake of God! please!  Please let there be more, I must at less try to forge away and find him.  This all came to me because of you, you inspired me to be and I will be.       Now I will bless you with two poems that should make you think on the possibilities of men being.

Who inspired who?

There were no magic words said, the picture spoke for itself,
I fell to my knees and held my breath;
Inspired nevertheless,
But that was not all which you had left.

I still behold you as if the day we first met,
Now I try to remember if it was you or me who inspired who.
Does that matter now?
Alas my pen finds words coming through all due to you.

So now that my days are fulfilled,
And dreams are real.
This is all revealed as one reads,
The warmth collective within one breath;

So to the heavens I look and to God I pray,
Today stays forever and blessed be my days.
So who inspired who? I proclaim all above and say it was you,
In the name of true love it was you my Dear, my precious Dove!

But please let me also proclaim that it was something divine,
That brought you to mine.
And now my heart over flows,
I must confess all through the inspiration of the you.

So who inspired who?

To be

I am just a man who wants to be
I am only human can’t you see?
My aim is to be totally free!
But there are thoughts I must dissuade.

Tell me how to fight the vultures?
That is so embedded in our cultures.
Give me “The Book” and teach me right;
 And lift me up in spite!

Look down deep into the Bible’s core,
 God’s first plan is for man to soar.
And we all are what God is about;
To help us up, not to count us out!

I make no excuse for things I did,
I repent to God and He forgave.
So help me now is my plea!
Our men are suffering just to be.

     Because I believed
I man can only become that which he believes! if he believes that there is no God; he then turns to himself for his right or wrong and has no basis or foundation and that is dangerous.  But if a man believes in a god then he looks to that god for sound doctrine but if it is not there then he will fall and never regain equilibrium.     But on the other hand if he believes in God and he knows that God by name, he can then recognize the God of his calling and reflect on the foundation and worth that he should have in his life; he may then construct solid foundations of right or wrong and implement them in his life.
Because I believed
·                                 I had been blessed with eternal life because I believed,
In the God of Abraham and of Isaac and of Jacob and of Moses;
I believed in the God of Israel the eternal creator.
The grand designer and when I saw the frail face of my child,
I saw that he was good;
I praised God because this gift before me could only be a precision of creation.

I believe

I believe in the God of Israel,
the God of Abraham, of Isaac, of Jacob and of Moses.
I believe in Jesus Christ the son of the living God, Jehovah,
who made all that is!

I believe that the Bible is complete,
and it is the inspired word of the living God.
I believe that the Bible is the only manual,
designed for man; to live an upright and righteous life.

I believe that Jesus Christ came, and died on the cross for the sins of man.
I believe that Jesus Christ showed us the path; to live a holy life.
I believe that there is only one way to heaven,
and that is through the lord Jesus Christ.

I believe that Christ left clear instructions for us,
and that is to love one another,
and also encompassed in that is the Ten Commandments.
I believe that any man, who does not obey the Ten Commandments,
does not love God.

I believe that God makes no mistakes and leaves nothing to chance.
I also believe that God’s word never changes,
I believe it has been that way; even before time.

I believe that there is a heaven and there a hell,
I believe the answers to our questions,
lay in only one place; and that is the King James Bible.

I believe that any man who Questions my God,
Has never sat with Him and spoken with Him in spirit and truth.
I believe that everyone knows there is a God!
The truth is that they do not know His name, Jehovah, the God of Israel.

I believe that when one truly knows Jehovah God,
and looks in His eyes; they will fall to their knees.
I believe that this should be a Christian’s only pledge.

I believe, that this poem (I believe) was inspired by Jehovah God,

Mothers who break the sound barrier

Celebrating the unwed mother of plenty

 I have seen and heard people laugh when they see single women who have children or even large amount of children walking into churches unaccompanied by a male, and they say look at this funny thing! Is that not too many children for one woman to have? And she has not man or she has no husband either; or wow! she has such a large undertaking!   The fact is she may not have had much a choice, or that was not the way she worked life out to be in the beginning, and she may have calculated her life to be something totally different.  She may have set her life to be with the father of the children and something went wrong, something unexpected, unknown, a hardship that has laid her here before the eyes of men and in her community naked, and not taken care of as she had planed; and now there is a world of trouble before her (sad and all alone) but she is strong enough and not willing to give up.  So she pushes on with life and drains all the energy out of the blood that she has her veins to make good to her children.
              This great woman walks with her head up high and she tells her children to do the same, and she walks into church and feeds them the only sense of good that she knows how; she does not shed her tears before her children and she shelters them from the pain of shame which she alone bears. Our communities are so hard on this kind of woman, which is unfair!
 Now why shouldn't she be celebrated for what she has been able to do? She puts before mankind children that are more respectful to others and also to themselves and they are serving strong in our communities. I have seen women with less children and more money plague society with little demons; now that is not to say there are not variables or exceptions to the rule!        In either case there are exceptions, which balance out the odds! But it is unfair to not applaud the efforts of this kind of woman.
So with this poem I bring to light women who are supper women in their own rights. And should be given their pedestal, a platform by which we all give praise and honor them.

You have wings, why don’t you fly?

I have watched you push yourself day and night,
To feed your children a Godly meal;
I have watched the glow of Jesus in your eyes,
And the Joy when you sing in the choir!

You ware your heart on the outside of your chest and everyone knows it,
Your life is an open book, dedicated to God on the highest;
I have seen your deepest love for others, streaming straight from above!
So why, Why not fly to the sky? I have seen your wings.

Don’t deny!

You pray to God at least three times a day,
God is your husband, and late at night;
He comes and tucks you in, and watches over you till the break of day!
An Angel I know.

You are not as complicated as some may think,
With a pure heart like that, I know the God’s spirit fills you to the brink;
I really an answer now! My dear is there good reason why?
You have wings so why don’t you just fly?

          When you see a woman in the front of a church and she has all of her kids there (all seven or all twelve or however many that she has) don't laugh at her because she has that many, applaud her for bringing them there, tell her you are proud that she does because she is taking care of them and giving them something better.  She wants them to grow up with a sense of God and better than she did, she is giving them love. She should be told good, beautiful, she should be applauded Tell her she has wings.

The very last Kiss

I held it is the tears I felt,
The time had come I knew it well.
This was like before when you first left,
I can tell this will hurt much more and then one last kiss.

So if it is that you want to have the last say,
Then leave me here and then you just go away.
I will never let you see me cry,
One last kiss before you say goodbye.

This to me is like a picture show,
The man stands up crying because he does not want the woman to go.
But they will have to part,
Something about no more love left in their hearts.

It seem so cliché this time, be it is me;
I just did not think that was how it would ever be.
I would have hoped that we stayed lovers till the end of time,
But I am no fool and nor I am blind.

So the love I have will never die,
Doesn’t matter how hard I cry.
The thrill maybe gone from the life we had,
This is not funny but the last kiss we had was not too bad.

Let your Heart tell the rest of this story

 The truth!

Man is absentminded and filled with pride and is deaf to hear anything but himself speak; he is careless, and his greed is felt by all those who are bound to this earth, both  birds that fly, and the creature that walk the earth and also the insect that crawl and even men alike;   Seeing the effect that this type of behavior has had in the world today, has made scars on my heart to know or even think that maybe there may be no tomorrow, or maybe that this world would change to being something that neither you or I will no longer recognize anymore; and the youth of this world will have nothing left.        Their sheer existence depends upon of what we leave for them.   It did not just start yesterday, it started many years back; man always falls into his sea of forgetfulness and he plunges himself into the same kind of disaster over and over again; a historical rift that sucks him into and down he goes on his face, then he has to pull himself back up again.           He lavishes and dwells in the seven deadly sins and will stand before God and be judged, and have to answer for his crime.              He has so much that he should have taken responsibility for and has not;           God has made him the curator of all living things and so many times he has left his post and now this world has gone out of order, out of control to” chaos”.

This is but a condor’s tale; it is a tale of a majestic bird that was on the verge of perfecting his craft (flight) and even at today’s standards he is perfect.  The Condor and other birds of prey of great flight have opened up their piece of heaven and let man in; they even allowed man to learn their trade (the art of flight) sadly! No one gives man anything; man takes whatsoever he desires.  He has made a mess of the world; and has not left a chair for this  bird to attend the meetings for his to voice his opinion about his fate and that would not have mattered  much anyway, he still would have not been heard.     He is not heard in places where it matters; Congress!  They do not allow any one anymore to sit in and voice his cause; it is not a worthy one.            Politicians do not need another useless nonprofit venture that really does not put money in their pockets.     We are His only whistle blowers, he is heard only by us, those who help and stand in the gap for him and his kind; we stumble through the maze or get hung just for telling his truth.

The Flight of the Condor

It is now morning and just before the break of dawn; the majestic bird stretches his wings, at the top of his now, manmade nest on the top of a large high power pole.  His chest erected, as he looks out over the horizon for the last time.
      As memory serves, he flies long and high on the hot currents of air.  This is a creature that has evolved and understands that he must rise earlier to make his position clear! Because he now competes with his only adversary man, who has learned the art of his greatness, “The Flight”, even though his wings were shaped and fashioned by the Almighty God, Jehovah himself, for the act of flight of which he is king and the very reason for his existence.
      Now! As he soars above the world, he noticed the air he breathes is heavy with toxic odor and there is a mist that obscures his view and where it was effortless for him to glide, he feels sluggish and his world is dim.

        He speaks as he does from time to time, but with each sound he makes, he notices that it sounds like desperate cries for help.  Yet because of his nature he stays on course, fulfilling that which God has called him for and man expects and he gives no less.  And yes he forges in flight and makes his rounds high almost into outer space.  The creature holds true to his forefathers and brings them great joy.

      He looks down and see his prey, miles off in the distance, then without hesitation, he pulls his wings in close to his side and makes himself a missile, then plunges to earth.  The unsuspecting morsel then is transformed into the substance that gives him life, he is a bird of prey and that is his nature.  He makes no excuse for who he is!  He is just part of a special organization that lives true to that which calls on him to be what he is and nothing more.

      He then repositions himself but he struggles to regain flight.  Note! That the world he now knows is not at all the way he had known it to be and the ancient stories told to him and his kind, are not the same stories that had been passed on to him through the ancestry, in his genes.      He can no longer rely on his instinct, he has to learn now by trial and error, he must forge new ways to survive or die, so he must now adapt!           So he must now kill or be killed, he must try to live the way man has restructured for him to live in this world or he may not have a place anymore.  He must now learn new ways, which makes no sense to him and his kind.  He is on the verge of extinction and he knows it, for he has seen his brothers die and cannot make sense of it.   But isn’t he king of his world? And if he cannot take flight and continue to soar then before too long they all will die and be no more and what about us?  will we die too? It is said that we are dependent on one another for our existence.   He has signed a contract with God to live as he has always done, just like his fathers before him, but man and his greed and his selfish ways is smothering him with technology and he does not fit in with this civilized world.   Unfortunately he does not bargain nor does he wage war, he exists in his world and no matter how much he fights, we can all see how he dies; we do not have to be fortunetellers.  But we all play a part, and it all brings an end to the flight of the Condor.
