Morning
God made the dawn for us to rise,
While the sun’s gentle light prepare our eyes;
And as they take focus,
Dewdrops look like diamonds!
But come to no surprise.
The birds with their sweet repeating;
The morning’s Anthem sings!
Which echoes their heavenly greeting;
This is in the “morning”.
God appeals to our true nature!
Rise with him,
He will bless our day; he’ll give us favor;
He will lift up your sprit!
In the morning that’s when He will do it.
He had the same arrangement,
With Adam from the start!
They walked in the Garden of Eden,
And spoke from the heart.
As my heart remembers,
The things I have read.
The morning captivates me,
As wakened from the dead.
It takes a loving Father,
To think of all of this!
To create the morning with such beauty;
And fill the day with bliss!
Now get up in the morning,
Just before the dawn!
And if you listen real carefully,
God will show you how great thoughts are born.
